Description

A generous straight pipe in morta wood

Named after the famous French detective and pipesmoker, the CHACOM Maigret is a beautiful straight pipe (XL size) with the beloved  “billard” shape and a flat base which allows it to stand on its own. This one, made with morta wood (Bog Oak from Eastern Europe), has a handsome sandblasted finish, a blue acrylic stem and an elegant silver coloured band which reinforces the shank. This XL morta pipe has a substantial wall thickness to prevent the overheating. It incorporates a re-usable metal filter system (that can be removed).

A traditional briar pipe from Saint Claude

This is a one off pipe and the briar pipe in the pictures is the exact one you will receive. This Chacom Maigret Morta was handcratfed made in Chapuis-Comoy & cie workshops by a team of creative diehards which preserve traditional processes and pipemaking techniques. This French briar pipe will be delivered with a branded bag in a beautiful gift box.
