This Peterson Christmas 2023 306 Sandblasted is a bent pipe that combines stability with balance in the mouth.
Manufactured by the renowned Irish pipe maker to celebrate Christmas, this briar pipe in “Hungarian”(or “Oom Paul”) shape is capable of remaining stable on a desk or being easily clenched between the teeth.
This briar pipe features a mahogany sandblasted finish, a black Fishtail ebonite stem, and a silver ring.
It will be delivered in its original Peterson of Dublin Est. 1865.

PETERSON OF DUBLIN

Frederick and George Kapp opened a pipe shop in London in 1865, and 9 years later Frederick opened his own briar and meerschaum pipe shop in Dublin. In 1876, Charles Peterson was taken on as the third partner in the business, a highly imaginative and committed man. Shortly after Frederick’s death, one of his two sons joined forces with Charles and the shop was renamed “Kapp & Peterson”. Over the years, he registered several patents, including the famous Peterson system in 1890 and the P-Lip hose in 1898. To this day, the brand is a great success with briar pipe enthusiasts.
