This is indeed a pipe! The “Pourquoi Pas” was designed in the 1990s by Erwin Van Handenhoven for the Chap brand. This straight pipe, with its colorful and unconventional style, is a piece of Saint-Claude pipe history. The body of the pipe is made of acrylic, and the bowl is made of briar.
